Question: How do Muslims get around the prohibition of defilement from pigs and play football?

I wasn't aware there was any muslim football players, besides Houshmanzadeh, maybe? I certainly can't answer that question, though.

Big Blue f'bawl this fall should be the best and deepest defense since before Adolph Rupp was born. So, sgt., enjoy the f'bawl this fall while keeping tabs of the spawts pages to see if the roundball recruits actually pass their classes and the ACT. Then, there's always that pesky jail thing. Thanks for stopping by and indulging my not-so-guilty pleasure. You are correct, both teams will bear watching this year. For this school, this is a level of potential that hasn't been available in 40 years. The signings are just the beginning. The proof will be in the pudding, as they say.

Thanks for dropping by! I hate to admit, but the East is probably going to be a beast again this year. Pitt, UConn, Villanova, Louisville, Duke, NC...all are perennial problems for the rest of the country. But, with Patterson and Meeks coming back and some other really nice role players, these freshmen put us over the top. Conventional wisdom has this as one of the greatest recruiting classes ever.

I'd certainly be interested in a small wager...you already see my prediction. Final 4, baybeeee (doing my best Dickie V).
