I think one of the reasons those muslims teach their future martyrs that they will receive virgins in the afterlife is so that they will be more willing do commit the act as soon as possible, without any "life" experiences, at such an early age; during the height of their hormone production.

I hope that made sense, I was trying to keep it brief.
