Thank you for engaging in debates

and thank you for posting your overview of the UCLA debate.

I hope many of the students went home with a memory of a civil idea exchange instead of a rude shouting ordeal. And I have the fantacy that you bridged the generation gap with your respectful style.

Maybe you started a small trickle of insight into their minds. And the best case senario would be if that trickle of reflection turned into a river of student voters for John McCain.
