This makes so much sense it's no wonder nobody listens. Whenever the intelligent and practical is put into place the stupid and the ignorant cannot help but reach into the center of the pie and pull out whatever was holding it together so that one can no longer recognize what it was. When all else fails - tax it! That always fills somebody's pocket even while emptying others. The only people in DC worse than the Repub are the hopelessly Dim. And you are correct. I love O'Reilly but he is totally off base on the oil issue.
