If the speech had gone as the demos and media had predicted and desired, then they still would be spewing about it. Stayed tuned over the next week for some really really outrageous comments by the leftist hate Bush first crowd.

An immediate start of the deployment was the new direction....Bush. send 20,000+ more troops. Force the Iraq's to stand up alone was the new direction....Bush. help the Iraq's to stand up with our troops alongside. The war cannot be won militarily.....Bush. we can win this battle against terrorists, and we must and that is why we need more of our willing volunteer dedicated men and women to help the freedom loving Iraqs gain their freedom.

The next few weeks will be interesting to see if the demos obstruct the funding of this additional surge level. If they restrict the funding, would they then be called the obstructionists of freedom?
