Ugh!

Nice to day 3 come to a close. Too bad Bill Clinton took up so much time and bumped Bill Richardson for Thursday. Probably did not want a scuffle on the stage.

The roll call - okay so it was planned. But, I have to say, lets give it up for my state. As we listened to Boxer babble and then Torres took the mic and gives the words "the great state of CA passes." Excuse me. I have to admit I choked on my ding dong.

Then Illinois passes. WTF? Then New Mexico babbles and they yields to Illinois or whatever and then here comes New York and everyone is yielding and then Hillary steps in. Simmer down and suspend. It was lame. I did find it funny that no one yielded to CA. Boxer and Feinstein owe a lot to the Clintons and from what I have heard she got 75% of the votes and CA has 441 and that would have been a hefty chunk.

So, if we believe their plan of yielding when she won more votes, are we saying that the chosen guy could not even carry his state? And Richardson way to get Obama New Mexico - NOT!

So, Clinton can say he won by default! Hee! Hee!

By the way I don't know what these talking heads keep saying out UNITY. Where is it? Outside? On the mountain?

hey, sue

this party evidently truly does want to keep being the perpetual opposition party.

you know, it's finally happened, it's a complete dem overdose from the convention. and ironically, it really DOES look like "barack and friends." (the great state of CA yields to "barack and friends"!)

this guy is such a powerful orator, you can see how he ended up taking control of the party. but then, he doesn't give the other half of the ticket the tap for veep? they get the delaware compromise w/obiden. it's like they're all angels dancing on the head of his pin.

i'm sick of this convention, i'm sick of barack obama, i'm sick of michelle, i'm sick of howard dean, i'm sick of bill, i'm sick of madonna, i'm sick of the whole thing. ironically, the only one i'm not sick of is hillary b/c of the forced hillary hiatus. okay, i'm still watching the speech at invesco (good idea on the change of venue), but that is MORE than enough for me. (krauthammer crucified him on the "this is spinal tap" speech to come)...

Beltway Girl

I agree. I am so sick of all of them. Pack up your family and go home.

Oh and because I am mean and nasty can someone tell Michelle Obama to get some help. Her clothes were terrible.

not mean and nasty

but i thought her dress was nice. it clashed with biden's wife's dress, though, which was a bizarre piece of imagination...

Beltway Girl

Long time coming back here.

I am mean. I do not think Mrs. Obama is a great nor classy dresser. I am mean and proud. Ugh!
