As I said the same thing to my seething wife this morning while writting 3 checks to the fed,state & local bribery(oops,irs) offices.Our elected clowns in office really have no idea what a burden taxes are but what the heck,theyll get theirs...

I agree, but one I don't always understand is "Day by Day" They have both liberal and conservatives in the strip but half the time I don't know what they are talking about.

And, what is wrong with these people who cheer when they hear Obama say he's going to "raise" their taxes? Are they nuts or what? Why would anyone "want" to pay more taxes? Like it's highway robbery what the gubmint takes out of us.

There you have me!! I can't explain liberals any more than you can! Neither he nor Hilary are hiding the fact that they will raise taxes and the Dems must think it is on everyone but them.
There is already too much money flowing into DC and the more that goes in, the more pork goes out.

Hillary's still in the race so that makes three tax-raising varmints in the contest by my count.
I dont believe McLame's phony campaign conversion for one minute. If he got elected the Dems and the RINOs will stampede him into doing whatever they say-- not that he wont want to on his own.
I always heard that tax-day was sometime in May.

I have heard before the date when we finish paying taxes and I thought it was later, too.
But we get the idea, anyway.
I agree with you that McC is no bargain and I resent that he is all we've got. But that's the way it is, and I am resigned to it since I don't have a choice.
