Nixon's legacy...
...shines brighter because he refused to partake in the same actions, even though he had more of a reason to do so than al-Gore.
Here in Texas, twenty-five, maybe thirty, judge seats were uncontested Republicans.

The New Left Strategy
You're right on the money! AlGore was perhaps the first, but certainly not the last, liberal of the modern era to lose under the existing rules and try to change the election guidelines to make him the winner. In 2002, it was the New Jersey Supreme Court allowing Lautenburg to save the Senate seat for the Dems, and in Washington in 2004 it was the "endless election" for governor that kept repeating until the Dem finally one. No wonder the Left has always tried to get their way through the courts. They have a hard time winning legitimate elections, and so they have arrived at a new strategy.
"Cry *foul* and let slip the dogs of war" to mangle a little Shakespeare. If you don't win, then somehow you were cheated. Most of us outgrew this strategy on the playground, but it's their number one tactic!!

Now, you know why
they wanted the touch screens. The chad thing wasn't going to fly more than once. They're not interested in voters getting to vote; they're just setting up the set-up.

Exactly! Very well stated! the dems need the liberal courts to change the rules so they can win...as I heard Delay say today, we need to work to get the courts out of elections in this country!
Great to hear from you! Thanks for checking in!
BTW, thanks for the **!
