What is wrong with this picture?

This is just another reason why people must elect representatives that will rewrite the laws and make judges accountable to a civilian review board, as they did with the police. If a judge is consistantly making decisions outside of the communities interpretation of the law, they should be censured and removed. If their, (the judges), decision results in someone being killed, they should be tried as accessories before the fact, or co-conspirators. No more lifetime appointments. All judges must be elected. No surprises. Tell us your philosophy when you run, so we can hold you accountable. These judges that claim,"this is my courtroom", should be immediately disbarred. It is the peoples courtroom, and you preside as our, (the peoples, representatives). That is why the charge reads, "The People Of...." vs. "the defendant", not the "judge" vs. "the defendant". Enough is enough.
