The Christmas Sweater

Thanks Rose, Haven't had a chance to read this yet.
My mother was always the tops at Christmas.
She got a little teary about one. She only had a few dollars to spend on all five of us.Not one noticed. We still had our beautiful tree,all the decorations, and the firm knowledge that it was Jesus' birthday and not about how much "stuff" one got.

Fighting mad about the Chi town politics? Not as much as I am. And of course the Chosen One knew nothing about any of this...hard to believe that the Senator soon President was in the dark. Again another relationship of real concern. Yet the media seems to believe him regardless of believability.

Hey Allen,
yeah...well you know Chi-town has always had a reputation for being associated with all that is crooked when it comes to politics. Else, why would Obama relocate to Chicago...why not Hawaii, or Iowa/Kansas? his mothers home state. He was brought to Chicago for this reason...to do what he did, and get where he is now.
I was born and raised there and know how the political machine operates, another reason why I could not vote for him. He will continue to slip and slide his way out of the mess, and the media will beleive him cause they have to beleive in something/body, cause they show don't beleive in Jesus!
