I would retract my primary vote for him, if it were not for the fact that I was voting against Hillary.

The Clintons are notoriously self-serving politicians. Clinton balanced the budget because the polls told him to. He enacted "don't ask, don't tell" because the polls said the country didn't want openly gay men serving in the military. Hillary would also govern by poll, which may not be true leardership but at least minimizes the damage. Obama is a liberal true believer and will govern like one.
