I would suggest adding, " Beyond renunciation, I pledge to alert authorities to any activity or conspiracy to violence or terrorism I encounter from any corner or quarter of my life, be it religious or secular in nature." Many muslims will likely renounce, but how many will go the distance, and commit to action to stop such violence?
