I found my way while searching for this quotation to your posting. With some disdain I read it and was appalled by your bastardization of Thomas Jefferson's words. You show true idiocy if you believe that Jefferson was referring to International combatants when he wrote these fore thinking words.

You are mistaken, Juan. Jefferson did not add "As long as it occurs on American soil and there is an official Declaration of War made by Congress and any current international organizations must also approve and as long as a 5th column of American traitors does not oppose it".

So Jefferson would not have called the Marines he sent to Tripoli "patriots" and would not have called the slave trading and taking Barbary Pirates "tyrants" because of their geographical location? Such a convincing argument.

And you claim I show "idiocy"? Too funny.
