America being the ultimate land of meritocracy, I have no doubt that Rush will prevail. In the courts of public opinion, no contest. Before the courts 'of law', I rather doubt it especially in the Holder Justice Department, and I have the most obstinate faith in my doubts.
To my mind, the main problem with suing is usually only the lawyers profit from it. Take the case of the OJ Simpson trials: the lawyers gained, the taxpayers lost and truth was amongst the victims in the case.
Rush is a giant in the marketplace of ideas. I find him to be the most effective and efficient purveyor of information. As long as he continues what he has been doing, adhere to his standards of integrity, I have no doubt that he will prevail, and we will be all the better for it.

With the notable exception of the late Daniel Patrick Moynihan, I have not found any Democrat elected or otherwise who is intellectually honest. The Democrats lost me during the Borking of RObert Bork.
As to being proud, what ever tickles your fancy and bloats your ego, normally makes you proud. Jack the Ripper and the members of the Monson Family were also "proud" of their reputation.
As for the Nobel Peace Prize, I agree with THe Political Insider Morris that it is an attempt to recolonize America by the European elite.
