Comment on: Daninreallife

Amanda Carpenter is "way above her pay grade"

When life begins...legally

Answering the question with "it's above my pay grade" is equivalent to voting "present." It means he does not want his true opinion on the record. That's why he is rightly criticized for his answer.

I heard a story recently about a couple who had fertility problems. They went through several implantation procedures using frozen collections of cells. Before they could try each procedure, they were required to legally adopt the cells.

If this were not human life, wouldn't this just be a cash transaction?

The fact of the matter is that under Roe v. Wade, the only person who is legally allowed to decide whether a collection of cells in a woman's womb are a tumor or human is the woman herself. So the next time you see a pregnant lady, ask HER the question -- "Tumor or human?"

Pay Grade

Daninreallife is sooooo wrong. The question was asked by Pastor Warren in the context of abortion. If you don't know when life begins how can you kill it. The idea of life and when it begins is not a legal issue it is a moral issue and if Daninreallife wants to ignore that then fine. The reason we are in the mess we are in in the country can be answered with the views of you and Margaret Hoover (The great granddaughter of President Herbert Hoover).
