You're right about Liberals...

...but in this instance their stance is disingenuous; they hope to frighten Americans into an anti-war stance by threatening to draft our children. If I thought Rangel really cared about the sufficiency of our military to wage the war on terror I would have a whole lot more respect for him.However, if I am not mistaken, the last time he bought the draft up, and it was rejected 413-4, he actually voted against it! For Liberals, it is all about opportunism and hypocrisy.

I agree on your assessment about liberals. I would also add that liberals are not known for thinking for themselves. They cannot stand and reason with you because their opinions are not based on reason or logic but on emotion and mindless repetition of concepts that they've heard from others. In short, they're kool aid drinkers.
