In DC, Good taste apparently for the birds.

Birds Rock!

Good post, Jester! I love to eat chicken and have eaten pheasant once.

mm is like a no-seeum around the campfire, nipping at the bare parts. Aggravating, annoying and ultimately, inconsequential! Let`s take him out back and tar and feather him!

Love birds, but am afraid to hold or pet them. Some friends have little cockatils and they shower with them!!! I would be calling Tippi Hedren and hiding in the phone booth. However, we do have a bird bath in our yard and get so many beautiful varieties. They have a forgiving nature. You`re in the clear as far as birds go!

I personally approve of the birds

tactics. I just wish the little surprise would have hit him right in his big mouth. I also like Dawndawn idea of the tar and feathers. Nothing is to bad for MichaelMoore.

Good post Ender, and entertaining.
Haven't heard from you in a long time. Glad to know you're still around.

Stop The Bombing, PLEASE!

I was going to have roast squab for dinner but in honor of this valiant feathered hero I think I'll have deep-fried turkey instead. After Moore's semi-flop of a health-care movie I think he might have a bit more trouble getting distribution for his own deep-fried turkeys than before. I expect him to be campaigning for Jeb a couple of years from now so he can get another Bush back in the White House. Those libs already miss W...they've had to throw all their 'how many days left' calenders in the trash and desperately defend Obama by yelling, "This is all Bush's fault!" I think Fatso has had is day and will become increasingly pathetic and angry until his little communist heart attacks him and he lies squealing in the ambulance that the Obamunist Health Service sent three hours late and dies, untreated like the obese, Marxist swine that he is.

Jester

You ought to go to the DC area and see the squirrels. They remind one of Congress. They get in your homes back there and scatter stuff, make noise, and achieve nothing but chaos . And the DC Council would not allow the killing of these clever rats! Ah liberalism. Drop by my latest.

@Dawndawn

Mr. Moore may be, as you pointed out, aggravating and annoying. He's not quite inconsequential, if only because of what I can only describe as his charisn'tma. Possessed of an attitude that should drive away anyone, even those who agree with him, Moore instead has managed to attract and hold a fan-base for his works, and by extension presumably for his ideology. A single no-seeum might not be a problem, but have you ever wandered through a cloud of gnats in the afternoon? Two steps into the cloud and it's almost impossible to breath without swallowing one or more, unless you're exceedingly careful...and most of America isn't that careful these days. That's the real reason for concern.

@Bobbie

I try my best not to wish ill upon any man, even (especially) those I see as bearing enmity towards me.

That said, from some of the foulness I've heard attributed to Mr. Moore, I will state that, did words have true taste, I'm not sure he'd know the difference between the payload and his own speech.

@Skep

I'm personally expecting patronage to carry the day where merit-based financing would falter. And bringing up the box status of his last work was a nice counterpoint; the original AOL article I saw mentioning this -lauded- Mr. Moore for it; something along the lines of 'opening America's eyes to the need for Nationalized Health Care' - that's a paraphrase, not an exact quote.

Please see my note toward Bobbie regarding Mr. Moore's potential health. I hope for him, as for those of like mind, that there are many years left for them on this earth. My reasoning is this: While I cannot know for certain, by their actions and speech I can see I must presume they are not followers of The Way; hence, I hope that their inevitable end is as distant as it may be.

@Rackoons

From what I've seen, squirrels storing food occasionally manage to run up a surplus. I think this puts them ahead of Congress.

I don't know how to say it in pigeon

but BHO probably knows the term in Austrian.

moore

is at home because his brain is a birdsnest. Good post Ender. I also want to thank you for stopping by the castle. I certainly have my hands full there. God bless!
