#1...I think you read my mind. I know I have been not responding to a lot of everyone's comments lately. But I had to go before a patrole board for the 2nd time on a 30 y/o case. It wasn't one of mine but as I was on duty and when this piece of camel crap called in a brush fire from one of our substations I got him on camera. He even mugged for me because he could hear the cameras turning. I looked at the area he said the fire was in and didn't see any sign of smoke. The hair on my neck was standing at attention. I took all of the pictures and video I could record.

The 1st time he came up for parole I went in person and this time a DA was able to set up a teleconverance from here. What this piece of evil did is not explainable. Since I was the only one that could ID him I was asked to consider that he had developed cancer and would need treatment. I told them to deny treatment and let him rot. When someone else on the panel said the same thing the judge here said that I had answered the question and to move on. Of course his lib lawyer started again and the judge here shut him up.

Any way there is no way I will ever attend a parole hearing in this case or one of my own old ones and let any of them out. I now have sworn statements on file and if I'm not around the next time my words will be. Hopefully by that time this piece of crap will have rotted and it will not come up again.

I apologize for my morose attitude lately to everyone. I'll come around it just takes me some time to get over some of them. I just want shoot them and get it over with. Have to clean out those mental cobwebs.

The lib lawyers need to be in the same cell with their clients for the whole time they are on the case. I think they might just get a new out look on life that way.

You are correct....some states actually execute, while others have plenty of death row inmates, but they are too weenieish to jab in the needle/throw the switch/drop in the cyanide capsule/pull the trigger/open the trapdoor.

I get the impression that of the various fascist groups in the USA, lawyers (in general) take 1st place with Hollywood in 2nd & the "Democrat" party 3rd (though I could be wrong...)

(It's amazing that Democrats press to deny states the right to execute a murderer, yet they had no problem committing murder in WACO (referencing them as Nazis or Commies doesn't matter - there's not really much difference). And, the American Communist Layers United did little for the survivers of the act of terrorism at Waco. Proof that they aren't really defending innocent people but rather the savages who will be of assistance in the effort to overthrough the USA.)

Even Wm.Shakespeare had it right: "Kill all the lawyers". Unfortunately,they are still one of the neccessary evils in our times. Would be nice though,to see some common sense make a return in defense att'y thinking.
But,as long as they all think they are doing wonderous deeds, we'll be stuck with the fools.

I have no beef with lawyers per se, I have a beef with scumbag lawyers who are OVER zealous and blind to the evils of putting these scumbags out on the street as well as anti-execution.

Things used to be simple until the lawyers, like Mayan priests, complicated things so much that the average joe/jane has no clue WTF they are talking about.
