I remember when I watched Letterman. I have pretty much cut down on all television. I don't watch any awards shows anymore. I was tired of the Bush bashing. Take your award, thank the people and sit down!

I also remember when the news was news and not a love fest over one human being!

I've quit watching a lot of TV myself for the same reason!

I can't stand watching award shows either...I'm tired of seeing them pat each other on the back. I'd rather see shows where we give awards and praise to heroes like Chesley B. "Sully" Sullenberger, the airline pilot who saved all those people in New York!

Another thing that gets old is when they are either babbling at some awards show on the carpet or on the stage and they make no sense. I also can't believe that people care what they have to say because I don't.

Living in CA, we get more coverage than most and it is so old.

I am usually watching reruns or a handful of shows. And the local news, that is too off the wall to even turn on again. And look and NBC/MSNBC that became the Obama channel.
