Seared, Seared Into My Memory

I'm ashamed to be a student at PCC because they have yet to release any statement regarding these comments.

Also, may I add that we as Americans need to wake up after this "Freudian Slip." This is not the first, or last, time that Kerry has made a stupid comment abou our military service men. several months ago he called our soldiers terrorists who in "...the dead of night terrorize [Iraqi] children and women..." Yet this guy is still a Senator? Only in Massachussetts.

Also, these comments are insulting to me as well. About a month ago, i went to the Marine corps recruiting office to ask wether I could join the Marines and be in combat in Iraq. Do you know what they told me?

They said they could not accept me because I was too far into my studies and would rather see me finish college! Now I'm not stupid or unintelligent. i wanted to serve my country and potect my family and my wife by fighting those that want to hurt them and their well being. There are soldiers in the middle east who VOLUNTEERED as college graduates because they believed in the cause of fighting terrorism. And in one day, Kerry has stained their service and their bravery fo cheap political gain for a candidate that will not even be victorious next week.

Man, Massachussetts must be filled with mental disorders for voting for this man.
