I agree 100%. For example. I have a friend who has (in writing) an admission from one of their elected officials in D.C. that they knowingly voted for a bill with questionable Constitutional standing. I have been unable to advise my friend what to do with this informaiton, but this video renews my determination to search for a course of action.

It may be form over substance but I feel like I have to do something more than just throw words at the problem.

Sometimes it doesn't take a lot of people to be successful.

I recall a favorite story of a friend from the veterans group I belong to concerning a parade on one the patriotic holidays.

It seems the signals got crossed and he was the only one who showed up at that location. You must understand that a 30 year retired Marine Sergeant Major doesn't let that kind thing deter him.

He uncased the flag and marched all by his lonesome, a unit of one. He won best marching unit!! HaHa!

He's passed away now but his story lives on! Semper Fi! Ed, I miss you.

the devotion to duty. I'm doing ALL I can to rally 'troops' here in IL. I appreciate and have been frustrated by all the lip service that has been done in the past. NO MORE!!!

I have a small flea market business that allows me the opportunity to talk with people all across the spectrum. Thanks to TH and blogs I can have a war of wits and not be unarmed. I fight the "all politicians are crooks, so there's nothing to be done' mantra all the time. It's time for action and for all good people to come to the aid of their country.

I'm hoping to get to the tea party in Chicago, but my health and distances/standing/walking involved may not allow me to get there in person. But, I'll work at a local business to allow the owners to go.

Words? Just words? I don't think so! There's plenty that we Relics can do. Thanks for what you do. You do it most eloquently.
