Gov and Billions

We are facing a lot of the same problems in CA. We had a Gov (Davis) that got booted for various reasons and now we have Arnold. Our state has such a huge deficit and it continues to grow. Our Gov does not believe that illegals have caused any problems. You know the $9 billion we pay out each year is not adding to the deficit at all. Please. Things are actually worse with Arnold than they were with Davis.

The answer to solve this by the powers that be (lame heads) is to tax. It is ridiculous.
