Of course abortion clinics go into African American communities. The founder of Planned Parenthood, as far as I know, intended on doing just this. It is sad to see San Francisco, a once traditional city, turn into what it has become now. I really hope the population with common sense in the bay area wakes up and continues to fight harder against the liberals in that state and especially in that region.
