This person is in the industry, took out a sub-prime loan and now is complaining because she did not know what she was getting into? And then you blame the government for not bailing out people?

This is an example of the greed that caused this. Greedy consumers who saw low rates and jumped. Greedy consumers who should not have been able to own a home in the first place or who bought more than they could afford through loans that any reputable realtor would have steered them away from.

No pity here. You made your bed, now lose it.
