Defending everyone
Honestly, I believe I am defending EVERYONE....EVERYONE should be getting tax breaks...you, and all liberals, like to speak constantly about bring people together and then you turn around and want to treat everyone totally differently. You want to over-tax the rich and cause the economy to slide further into the recession we are already in. PLUS, you don't just want to tax the rich, you want to tax the majority of small business owners as well!

Just because you claim to believe you're doing something, doesn't make it so.

ok stan, why don't you show me some kind of evidence that the economy...and by extension everyone living within it....does BETTER when taxes are higher? what statistical or factual data can you show me that relays this point? Any? Because I have never ONCE seen any evidence to contradict my belief that taxation, although needed to a certain extent, is mostly a ridiculous waste of capitilistic expansion.

Well,
during the Clinton administration, he raised taxes on the wealthy and the economy boomed only to stop booming when Bush II came in and gave tax cuts to the uber-wealthy.

clinton
lol yeah....FIRST OF ALL....the REPUBLICANS were the ones running the budget under clinton, NOT the democrats.....and secondly, he was fortunate enough to be president during an industrial boom(internet)...which led to a huge economic bubble...he didn't really need to do very much economic managing as president because the market was very strong. But, as I said before.....the republicans were the ones managing the budget under gingrich, not clinton....it's a matter of record....oh and by the way, the following article outlines how taxes while clinton was president actually FAVORED the rich and how tax cuts under bush and under clinton equally favored middle income and low income families.

So Justin,
Do you think revenues are raised when taxes are lowered?

It's obvious
JFK, Reagan, and W all proved that lowering the tax rates actually raises revenue.
The economic slowdown early in W's Presidency came from the impact of 9-11.
