Clinton's Outraged... No, Really?

Let's hope so!

Good blog. I think he's done himself in, as we would say in Texas.

Appreciate your visit!

Thanks for stopping by, Sandra. To me, Clinton represents the "rock star" mentallity of the left who disdain Bush with all that is in them and love to hearken back to the days when they were in power. In the end, I think Mr. Clinton embarassed himself and will regret this outburst.

President Clinton

President Clinton behaved as a spoilt child. Such behavior is unacceptable in anyone over the age of 8, let alone a man who is a former leader of the free world.

There is a difference between righteous anger and a temper tantrum and we got to see the temper tantrum (and I taped FNS, so I could go to church; whenever I need a pickmeup, I can watch Clinton get his Dean on).

I remember reading something by Scot Adams (the Dilbert creator--I've got something like four of his books) and he made the point that innocent accused deny the accusation; guilty accused attack the evidence or the messenger.

Something to think about.

Clinton's anger

I found it interesting that the pointy finger, and the apparent indignant anger that we heard from Clinton regarding Osama Bin Laden was exactly the same as his pointy finger and indignant anger when he lied and said, "I did not have sex with that girl". Mgraves maybe you have something there.

The First Angry Black President...

mgraves and mrjkm,
You guys have hit it on the head. Righteous indignation this was not, and this was a stark reminder of the difference between the current president and Mr. Clinton, regardless of your political persuasion. Everything Clinton did in office was vetted through focus groups before he even took a breath, so I can only believe this was a calculated move of sorts. Regardless, it appears to have backfired and the fallout will (hopefully) focus on the shrillness of his words and the lack of control he displayed. (Remember all that talk of "gravitas" back in the day? Clearly lacking from this fellow...)

Just found you today
