The comments are what so many of us, Talk Radio, and even some pundits finally on Realclear are saying. Buyer's remorse may, may be setting in. The Pelosi quotes are the most damning to me, living in Ca. Can you imagine when gangsters shoot it out with ICE and Brownsville is overrun with illegals how Pelosi will react then? Today, the Arnold-Obama show disses the GOP again. Enough with these bums. Drop by my new post and rant.

of Mr. Liddy yesterday by the governmnet hypocrites was disgusting. The very jerks, who caused so much of the mess we are faced with today, are now playing like they're appalled at the nerve of the bonus recipients. Chris Dodd & Barney Frank are willing to crucify anybody available in order to CYA. I'd love to see both of them thrown in jail.

As for Nancy Pelosi, I don't even know how to put my repulsion for her into words. She's an embarrassment to women, our country and humanity in general. How she can even use the term "un-American" and keep a straight face is beyond me.

AIG is an unfortuante train of events. Not only the bonuses themselves (which, to be fair, are probably very legal) but the reactions from the Dems. It seems several Dems are standing up and taking one for the team.

Makes you wonder...

The polls (two of which are up on my blog Pesky Truth) are showing that he has lost ANY support from repubs and is losing from moderates. Dems are asking a lot of questions and his support with them is not as solid as it once was. If he continues down this road, we should retake some Congressional seats in 2010 and maybe even the WH in 2012, depending on who we run.

I could not agree with you more. Actually Liddy should have quit and told them that he was going to hand it over to Dodd and Frank and see what a good job they could do. They knew about the bonuses. And the mob mentality and holier than thou outrage is freaking lame!

What I have a problem with is the way the media has handled the AIG outrage and also Congress and the administration. These people are getting death threats. How about this, someone explain to the American people about AIG and all of their divisions and what caused the break down. And the insurance divisions that keep propping up the tanked derivitives are the ones being picketed. I have a friend who works there and they are scared. He is in the insurance division and he gets hate mail every day. Some people have litterally quit on the spot and they had nothing to do with the derivitives.

The bonuses are tough to swallow, but hey, Congress voted and Obama signed it into law. Geithner knew and keeps babbling. So, hey they can pay the bonuses.

My husband said the same thing about Mr. Liddy! He said he would have put one dollar on the table and walked out! How rich would it be if Liddy could have been the one grilling Geithner, Dodd, Frank and those other rabid beings!!!

I cannot believe that 87 GOP house members voted to tax AIG bonus recipients at a rate of 90 percent! It is against the Constitution and all Contract Law! Will they get away with this?

nnnnannnnceee pelousy should be slapped and often! She is second in line to be present. If that doesn`t scare the populace straight, nothing will. Her pandering to the Hispanics and illegals is an affront to the oath she took to defend the Constitution.

This whole mess of AIG and government bickering shouldn't have happened in the first place. After these idiots got elected by the people, they stopped listening to the people, and live in their own alternate worlds where only the government can save the country. Maybe God can make it rain 40 days and 40 nights and cleanse the white house of the filth that has infested this great country.

the innocence is washing away, and remorse is at the doorstep. Obama's got 3 1/2 more years to do his worst and inflict pain on the moderate middle that elected him. Thing is about those folks, they will turn on you.

Peolosi calls attention to herself every time she opens her mouth...un-American Pelosi is how she should be addressed or referred to when mentioning...

Virginia Daddy makes a good point...the whole Democrat Party is full of paid fall guys/criminals..in order to keep the momentum of their agenda moving forward..
