The Hobbs and RICO Acts seem to work hand in hand. RICO is usually harder to prove, but the repeated and very public acts of coalition groups might make it easier to apply in this case.

Your comment is spot-on Lowell. They should be prosecuted under both. There is no question that they conspired to fix energy prices, extort monies, and with an objective court, both Hobbs and RICO would apply.

I'm here in WI too, and can see that "Big Enviro" has hobbled energy exploration and expansion so much that we're in the predicament that we're in now. I wish I could help with your cost financially, but if there's anything that can be done with calling talk radio, or getting the word out, just let me know via this forum.
