Bush & Katrina

"... to suggesting the administration has bested natural disasters because we haven't been hit with another Hurricane Katrina."

But I thought the Left was arguing that Bush was responsible for Katrina.

Yup, thought I had that one right.

So if Bush was responsible for Katrina, then, by logical extension he is responsible when a Katrina does not happen.

But then logic and the Left rarely meet.

Whoops, I didn't see that you left a comment, buddy. I very much agree with you on logic and the left. One of the reasons I had a falling out with the Left was due to how many times I heard lefties concede that communism doesn't work, but go on to say that "it was a good idea" and continue to tout socialist ideas routed in Marxism. I don't believe that it was a good idea, as defining someone by their temporary economic condition sounds actually like a horrid idea. Nevertheless, good ideas that fail are not what makes the world go 'round. Good ideas that work do.
