Nice post, more to the point than my own. Do you think we (you and I) just write this stuff for catharsis?
Step 2, who will tell the GOP? It's a mess here...and I read their daily blogs...not a word about the Constitution, fundamental premises, but rather about "The other guy's" failings, especially if he's a rural social conservative.
The GOP is moribund unless... as I wrote. But happens if they stay dead? Clock is ticking, ten years tops.
