Neo-Science Still in the Dark about Dark Energy

Could this be the mysterious, invisible Platonic-Aristotelian fifth element or quintessence, the invisible all prevading substance that is subtler than air and light?

It is mysterious in that it’s a myth. How is it that men accept a theory that requires 75% of something that isn’t there?

Newton proposed the Law of Gravitation based on known and observation science. Einstein tweaked Newton to explain the MINOR anomalies. There is nothing minor about 75%. This observation to the rational would indicate a major flaw in the basic theory.

I don't know if this "dark energy" is Aristotle's ether but a body or corona of subtle vibrant energy unseen by the naked eye has been discovered with the use of "corona discharge photography" called "Kirlian photography" named after its inventor, the Russian scientist Semyon Kirlian.

This corona, or force field called a "bioplasmic body" is present in all living organism from tree leaves to human beings. When the organism dies this subtle etheric force field disappears as if a light had gone out. Life in any form, so it seems, is impossible without this force field. Is it the Platonic-Aristotelian ether? Could be. It is more subtle than air and light but is not thought or imagination or emotion, but something midway between the body and our intellectual and psychic functions. Is it this "mythic" dark energy you wrote about? Not knowing much about the subject I really can't say. But I am intrigued.

I am mocking the idea of “dark energy” because it is being proposed as something that is required to prop up the big bang theory. This is the theory that an ordered universe originated from an explosion.

Count me in on your mockery. This dark energy may exist but not as the cause of the great explosion that started creation.

When I hear of the term "dark energy", I can't help but think of the evil that is everpresent in this wicked world. The form of that some deny:

Man says he is free to do as he pleases, when in reality he is servant to whom he serves- whether he serves evil or righteousness (Rom 6:16).
