Fortunately, where I live I know my reps and they are trying to get things done, Tiahrt is going full force in getting the KC-X built in America, NOT France. He's on some very important committees and I know he works hard, which is rare! He also has pushed for getting the fence built, he wrote to me about how the Democrats are stalling it along with the enviros.

Pelosi is holding up anything Bush wants and this is something he isn't even asking for. I think the House figures they can stall until after the election and hope one of the Dems gets to be POTUS. They really want all those illegals to be able to vote.

Well it's not completely in the bag for them yet. The Dems keep reminding the middle who they are, and who knows, the dumbed down moderate middle may actually wake up and go, "hey, that 's not right", and stop the madness at the ballot box. We'll see though, I'm not holding my breath...

To all my friends and acquaintances and well-wishers in general: a large hematoma on my RIGHT wrist will keep me out of mischief and out of the loop untill pain and swelling go away -- soon I hope. Typing w/ 1 finger on my left hand assures for the 1st time that I can think faster than I type!
