We FAILED to close the intelligence gap --- with Mr. Obama. Sorry, but your blog post raised my BP about 20 points and my scarcasm tends to come out then.

Just another fine example of how the Obamites are castrating our nation with the ultimate goal of us being overrun. The only question is...by who? Many Dems want us to be overrun by marxists-socialists. Others want us to become one big open nation with Canada and Mexico. The true Obamites, however, want us to become part of the Worldwide Caliphate.

Whatever it takes to rid us of that pesky Constitution and those intolerant Christians.

O'Vomit and his minions do have an agenda, "Worldwide Caliphate" (as mentioned by Crawfish) is one part of this agenda.

Power and money are additional parts of the agenda. The destruction of the Constitution is another part.

Counterterrorism under O'Vomit will be cut back to a minimum. I would also expect much of our intelligence to be "shared" with our enemies as was done under the Clinton Administartion.

We are in a "world of hurt".

Not too long ago, such behavior was considered treasonous. The fact that it now emanates from the highest office is chilling to say the least.

We must first defeat the bigger threat to liberty, the domestic enemy, before we can begin dealing with foreign ones.

Obama and his thugs as treasonous. Doesn't matter that some would consider that a politically incorrect statement. I believe in calling a spade a spade and in my view, this squirming pit of snakes in DC are nothing short of traitors. I wish Lincoln's attitude still ruled. Charge em' try'em and hang 'em as the traitors they are.

I also agree with Craw that Obama is heading us towards a world wide Caliphate. In the meantime......Atlas Shrugs.

It is frightening that so many Americans are oblivious to what the release of those "torture" memos mean for our safety, INTHENOW. pbho`s only idea of transparency is to embarrass and besmirch the Bush administration for protecting the country since Sept. 12, 2001. The bomb will go off when the photos of the prisoners are made public. For what purpose?

I don’t know how long...it may take 100 years before civilization looks back and recognizes this presidency as one of America’s darkest times...but I am certain it will be so.

The bomb will explode. The good news is it will detonate in his face. Every dirty stunt this megalomaniac pulls will come back to haunt him.

Obama continues to tear the Bush administration a new one for protecting our country. It really makes me sick. Obama truly thinks talking to other leaders or terrorists will actually work.

Apparently Obama's history is vague when it comes to Chamberlain and Hitlers talk, before the Germans invaded Poland.

Obama needs villains. And the “rich” and Bush are two of his favorites. They provide scapegoats and diversions from his failed policies; the wealthy domestically and GW for foreign policy, as well as domestic problems.

NEARLY as smart as they think they are. Already, the memo release is having far-reaching effects that were unanticipated by Obama and his brain-trust. It was, undoubtedly, a purely political move designed to damage the previous administration but is showing the uber-political Obamaites for what they are: inexperienced, short-sighted, politicians completely out of their element when dabbling in the intelligence community and fighting terrorism, in general. I hope that returning to a 9/10 mindset doesn't bite us in the arse (again).

Good point. The demagoguery at the sake of security will metaphorically explode in Obama’s face. For the rest of Americans the explosion will be real. But I think he’s willing to make that sacrifice.
