My real question is where are Obama's Brown Shirts or Pretorian Guard? He must realize that any type of action, like the repeal of the 22nd Amendment, could mean a revolution.

Our system is only as good as those who uphold their oath of office. Anyone with objectivity could see what a farce it was for Obama to swear an oath to a document that he said was deeply flawed. The same goes with about 90 percent of the Congress really. Very few take that oath seriously. Which means we are governed by liars. Well, they are a reflection of the people unfortunately. Americans have been "slouching towards Gemorrah" for some time now, as Judge Bork would say. Americans will only react when it the poop starts hitting the fan and splatters all over them. Until a people return to the righteousness of God, the slouch will continue. It is totally disgusting what these miscreants are perpetrating in our governments (its happening on down the line to the local level). But as Al Gore so eloquently said when caught red handed as the money grubbing, condescending wind bag that he is, "there is no legal controlling authority." Yeah, they've all been bought and paid for by Al Cobama.

The POTUS is not Constitutionally allowed to enter into or renew a treaty without the approval of Congress.
This has nothing to do the UN.

In one of the articles I read about this yesterday, it mentioned that Obama has the WH lawyers looking at this and trying to find a way for him to be able to enter into treaties without the Congress.

We were giving away free copies of the Constitution as part of our Tea Party Booth at the Freedom Fest. I was walking around handing our our business card and inviting people to stop by for their free copy of the Constitution and got glared at with blank faces.

One group I just lost it and said "Don't you CARE about the Constitution?"

The Constitution is clear, any ratified treaty signed by the President, is the law of the land. The UN Charter was ratified. And we will see what Obama does with the Russians, But why would he end run around a Congress his party owns?
