Wake up folks

What does it take to fight a war against the "death to America" mentality? Sends troops to every country in north Africa, southwest Asia, and every island in Indonesia?

Or do you try to fight on one front? Draw a line in the sand by creating a political/ideological vacuum that a lot of Islamic factions would like to fill.

Nothing about any war is pleasant, but I can't think of a better way to go about it.
