Wrong on Race Review

George and Bartlett - bravo

Gents,

The Democratic Party is often disparaged, but never adequately. The Barlett book has somewhat renewed my faith that it can be done and done well. I have long derided the inane and unfair position that liberal media promulgates on race and political parties. Even a cursory reading of history (i.e., in a genuine history book) reveals that the Democratic Party exploited racial hatred for political power in this country for hundreds of years. The damage done by it is incalculable. Why our history has been ignored or misrepresented is of course revealing of what "liberalism" is today. Suffice it to say I am very happy to see this book and the reviews by Robert George. How far the collective consciousness has sunk is revealed by what people today understand about history. And ignorance of history is, as the philosopher said, only going to cause us to repeat mistakes. To wit: Compulsion, mandates and manipulation (aka liberal government) are hardly advancing civilization. So bravo, gentlemen, for a little truth -- i.e., before the liberal censors prevent you "deniers" from recounting our history.
