Rising Home Values in Dayton

I live a county near you that has recently had a fiasco with home values also. As far as the causes for the current housing blight, you are on target. Fannie Mae cooked their books and everyone knows it. Franklin Raines is being sued in a class action by Fannie shareholders. There is another piece of this puzzle that has kind of been lost. The ignorant and intellectually lazy people that took out loans that they either did not understand or willingly knew that they could not afford. Granted, there will always be people who lose their home through no fault of their own, i.e. illness, loss of job. That is a constant, what has come to pass today is the reaping of what banks, liberals, and idiots have sewed over the last 20 years or so.
