Unfortunately, the argument will be that the AM radio stations are "leasing" the airwaves from the federal government. Now that cable is the mode of transportaion for the networks, by and large, they will allow them to continue in their vein. At that point, opinion will find it harder and harder to make its voice heard.

By the way, I remember those Chief Cody commercials and recall being very moved by them. I can only hope enough people will be moved to fight any assault on our First Ammendment rights.
