Is it REALLY "For the Children?"

Great read! Interesting how the Bible Study changed over the years. Yes, the world has gone crazy and yes, the parents are in a "super parent" competition. I've got 2 boys in public elem. school and sometimes I feel like my parenting is being judged on how much or how little I volunteer there. I could be imagining it, but I doubt it. Then there is the guilt for not walking them 7 houses away to the bus stop where all the other parents stand and wave. I think parents have gotten to where they think if they're not ON their kids, they're not doing their job. Geez...them em breathe.
