As always

All are welcome to join in the prosperity which is America.
Two points:
A) Whats your point? The only thing I see in this, is that specials programs for minorities aren't needed. and,

B)There is no need for special victim status for minorities in education.

c) (it's extra) From the title, I was under the impression you were going to make the case that Black Africans had a higher incidence of Erectile Dysfuntion and needed some sort of help.

Always as

My point is that African Americans need to stop complaining about discrimination and start taking advantage of the opportunities they have at hand. The black American culture of grievances and an unwavering belief in a system that is in opposition to their needs and interests is unfounded, and should be abandoned.

There is still the problem of urban school quality - the schools that African Americans attend are typically of poor quality. Still, I believe that it is ultimately interest, motivation and drive that are the determining factors with respect to academic success.

If blacks are so able to learn to sing, then why not math? The answer is, interest. African immigrants are direct and hard evidence of this.

Precisely the reason to scrag the Government atrocity of public education and allow every American to choose a school which actually does the job of teaching, instead of making slots for Administrators and teachers who can't teach!
