Obama is Really Generous with Our Money

I guess there must be some reason for driving America further into debt by borrowing money to give it away.
It must make sense to someone in Government but I can't understand it.

with that thought. Maybe that's the (non)sense, the "brilliant" plan. Borrow money from China and give it to the poor in Africa. Borrow money from Germany to repay China. Borrow money from Haiti (that's just my sense of humor) to repay Germany. Keep the cycle going for years, centuries with the interest adding up, of course. What's several trillion dollars in principle and interest? People in the government now don't have to worry about it because they're not getting the money from current taxpayers. The gummint geniuses will retire or die thinking what a great thing they've done for the USA and the world. But someday we the people will have to pay the enormous debt.
