Someone has to do it. That, or let the greatest nation in history go down to plain old tried and unproven socialism.
It warms my heart that you see a glimmer of hope ahead. It wasn't very long ago that none of us saw much real reason for hope.

I hope I see it correctly, Glen
We're watching all over the country and the groups and activities are multiplying like flies.
It's an off year, no elections and they keep getting bigger and stronger. And so far, the GOP has nothing to do with it, nor, for the most part, do the insurance companies.
Not a rent-a-mob among them.
Americans do seem to have a boredom wall somewhere, attention span problem, but I don't see this letting. There are at least 10 groups in this area of Virginia (Richmond) and I fully expect to see them work closer and closer together, and some real leaders emerge. I expect to see a couple of GOP congressmen stand tough primaries, and maybe even a couple of Dems.
I don't think folks will stay home next time. The GOP hasn't played its card yet, and can really screw the pooch if they don't play it well. I'm a little upset watching them do nothing while ordinary citizens are being roughed up, but if we're going to takle it back, it has to start from the bottom.
Look for a long article this weekend on the source of liberalism.
Cheers
