I'm glad
to see others that think it's time to purge congress. Tell others to do the same. Thanks for your support.

I would like to believe...
...that a reform of Congress is possible, but it has been tried many times.
Back in the late 1980's and early 1990's my state (ND) tried very hard to impose term limits on Representatives and Senators. Ultimately the bill was defeated in our state legislature. It didn't fall because of a lack of public support. Our state voters simply decided that if the entire country wasn't going to impose term limits, then we would be foolish to give up our seniority.
I don't know what the solution is, other than that our system of government seems to work best.
Making deficit spending illegal would help a lot. Politicians would have to rely more on inspiring the free market to produce and less on taxing the snot out of it.

Terms for US Congress are set by the US Constitution. State legislators' terms are state imposed.
In 1933 over 60% of incumbents up for re-election were defeated by a Voter's Revolt formed from the same attitude we have regarding this Congress. It can be done, it's up to us to just...
Get 'er Done !!
As one celeb often says.
