Obama, Our First Kenyan President?

You'd think he'd have shown it by now to quench the opposition. It'd be really easy! Of course Obama has hidden many areas of his life that the media has also tried to keep under wraps. Many conservative bloggers have uncovered many secrets concerning his past while the media focused on Sarah Palin. The leftists really don't care about the constitution much anyways.

I couldn't agree more. Why is he so sneaky about something that could be put to rest so easily? And why in the world has the Supreme Court not issued an order for Mr. Transparency to pony up this simple document? This issue, along with the University stuff, stinks to high heaven. The whole country is being put at risk just to cover for this one suspicious man. What's happened to us?

looney left if it was PROVEN that Obama was not qualified to be POTUS. They'd still worship him. He can do no wrong. Let's see if they're still so happy with him when "the chickens come home to roost." I mean, taxes go up (on even moderate income folks), jobs go away, credit is tight, companies are laying off, little or no raises, health care becomes more complicated and waiting for procedures becomes commonplace, and on and on. We'll see whether he is still worshiped then.

You're right - one fact over and above all others cannot be escaped: WHY WON'T HE RELEASE THE RECORDS? Answer: because there is something there that he doesn't want you or I to know.

That leaves Kennedy. He can be a hero for the right, or a hero for the Obamaniacs? Will he have what it takes to go against the voters? I doubt it.

Thanks for keeping this out there. You're correct in that this isn't going away, and just the mere fact that he won't release any records to put an end to it is suspicious at the very least, but certainly grounds for further investigation.

The reason the left doesn't think it's a constitutional crisis is because there can never be such a thing when the constitution is a living, breathing, maleable document. Don't like it? Just change it.

If the supremes were to vote to require release of his records and they were found to disqualify him, what happens then? Joe the gaffer takes over, but what of everything that Omammy has signed? It seems that all of that would be invalid. There'd probably be an immediate re-signing of all of it by Joe just to get the activities legal from that point on - but what of actions taken during an imposter's tenure?

he is not "natural born" and not qualified, the left will demand that he be left in place. It's a case of don't confuse the issue with rules, we won, nothing else matters.

Why do you not have to show this when you run for President or any other office in the land?

Heck when you apply for that job and get hired, you better have that driver's license and social security card for them to make copies ASAP. (Okay, two forms of I.D., but still.)

Excellent post, Garnet. Why does he not just show the flipping papers? What is he hiding? Why is he being protected? Glennflowers has something posted today regarding this issue and it is picking up speed. And now the icing on the lefty cake is letting the terrorists loose from Gitmo into US cities and giving them welfare! We pay taxes for those scum? Oh, for someone to please take control of this runaway stage before our country goes over the edge!

It is the hight of lunacy that you need a birth certificate to get a passport or join the military - but you don't to become leader of the free world? Omammy was never pressed for a birth certificate - after all, he did provide a Certification of Live Birth and most folks (who wanted him to be POTUS anyway) were quick to accept it as proof.

Now, the tall tale is beginning to unravel. At this rate, it should come to a head before year end.

and there IS a new development - standing - the reason that all of the cases have been thrown out so far has be that the filer of the case hasn't had "standing" to sue - there've never been any rulings on merit. Glenn posted info showing that the Attorney General or a U.S. Attorney in DC has the ONLY standing to pursue this kind of case. I'm looking forward to seeing when any mention of this hits the MSM (not holding my breath(.
