Random Thoughts on the Political Scene

I'd love to see some of your structured thoughts. It's nice to see not everyone in Wisconsin has lost their political minds... keep up the good blog!

Well, JP, it started from a random thought and then into what resulted - well, you know. Thanks for your kind words, and there is hope for Wisconsinites yet! As far as that goes, Americans in general. We have access to a great wealth of information via cyberspace, but that knowledge must be put to use and careful examination of the sources, of course. But I am optimistic that Americans are going to get through these challenging times.

How do you think the gubernatorial racing is going?

Green has quite a fight ahead of him. I contributed to the Walker campaign myself and was sad to see him drop out, but I think it was the right thing to do. Another Doyle administration is the last thing this state needs.

Green is taking a whoopin' in the Milwaukee area. Dolye is out spending him, at least, 3 to 1. That on top of the Doyle election board ruling that Green has to return the $500k is making me feel a bit uneasy about the outcome.

Yes, and Doyle is using the typical Sociocrat tactic of trying to make Green look like a crook, for example campaign funds. I thought Green's TV ads were weak, it didn't address specifically the issues, but instead look something like a PR spot for his family. The issues are what counts. Been working on research and hope to have something put together to post at Lighthouse Patriot Journal (and probably post it here at TownHall) to address the issues to fellow Wisconsinites.
