she will have some free time, which appears to be upcoming. She can continue her work in convincing the Pope that the Catholic Church must update it's views on abortion.
Good luck with that.

Good post, and yes, today is nice, but when Obama tells them to leave her alone, like the bootlicks they are, this too will vanish off their screen. Should she go down in flames,as unlikely as that seems, who do you think the dhimmis will replace her with? My guess ? Waxman. Hope not. Nan,ya just GOT to watch those lies. Keeping track of them all is tough.mwahahahahahahaha

Yeah, Flag, gotta love it!
It's been just a hilarious Three Stooges performance by Nancy the Red.
This is working out great! It's terrific that McJerk lost, because with the Dems owning it ALL, they're shooting themselves in the foot daily, if not in the head.
And the peeps are catching on, it seems.
Their policies are being seen as the disasters they are, and even their own lapdog lib rags are questioning just what the hell they're doing.
I love it!

As I watched that painful press conference with Nancy Pelocchio, I could almost hear Jon Lovitz saying, "Yeah! That's the ticket."

Thanks folks!
Third Eye: Welcone to the Spade and feel free to come again. Yeah, old Nancy has her work cut out trying to convince the Pope that abortion should be "safe, legal, and rare"...but she would fit right in, apparently, with the upper administration at Notre Dame!
Clyde: I would think that the Democrats would go with someone they could sell as a moderate, and Henry "The Ratman" Waxman just isn't it. I think he would be a bigger disaster than Pelosi, because he seems even more unsuited to being in the spotlight. And I don't think that Obama is going to warn the media off, because going after Pelosi allows them to at least look like they're doing their jobs. Besides which, with Pelosi undermined, Obama is rid of one of the "allies" in Congress who actually think they're in charge.
BrianR: See, your patience was well rewarded, LOL! The Democrats can't help it, because they believe that the last two elections were an endorsement of them, instead of a repudiation of the sorry @ss GOP. They are starting to find out that the mandate they thought would covera ll their actions isn't really there at all, and the people are starting to push back.
Saltwater: Welcome to you, and feel free to make the Spade a part of your blog reading routine! Yeah, that skit just about sums her act up: Whichever new twist to her lie she comes up with, she goes with...until she comes up with another twist to the story. And all the while she acts as if people can't figure out the fact that she is selling them a bill of goods!

Great column, Flag!
I don't know about the media doing their job though. Probably more a case of the scent of scandal in their nostrils evoking primal urges to attack. That or Pelosi is not living up to their leftist expectations (to them, if she did know about the waterboarding, she would be covering up for the evil Bush regime). Or, most likely, a synergistic combination of both.

I don't really care about motivation so much with the media, I'm just happy to see them get after Madame Speaker and hilding her account for her lies. And after 8 years of attempting to manufacture Bush scandals, it's nice to see them start following a REAL scandal for a change!

Botox Brain Nancy's
biggest problem is her dream of personally prosecuting the Bush administration. She was following the lib playbook of lying and obfuscation and counting on the lap-dog press to give her cover. What she overlooked was that she would implicate herself in the whole scheme.
Heard Alan Colmes siding with her and agreeing that the CIA was lying. Yes, let's have a truth commission. Unfortunately, most of the congresswhores wouldn't know the truth if it slapped them in the face. They've all told so many lies or alternate realites they don't even know which version is the truth.

Yep, the members of Congress have a real problem with the truth...since they rarely tell it! And another thing that has been really funny is watching liberals try to bail SanFran Nan outta this mess...it just ain't gonna happen! She is in way too deep, and there are probably some very detailed records of these briefings that are going to expose her for the liar she is. I mean, when other members of Congress will accuse one another of lying...which is what has been happening...you know the truth is going to come out. These people will rarely accuse each other of such things publicly, so when they do you can just about bet there's some serious truth in the accusations.

I just recalled that the girly-man lib Alan colmes said he has posted the 'torture' photos that POTOTUS said he wouldn't release on his website. I sure hope I misheard that. Armed Forces Day and he just has to shove it. I'd sure like to be wrong for once. Gotta run, for now. I'll check back later this evening.

How did HE get the photos in the first place? And don't you just love how the liberal mind works? We can't kill the terrorists, because that makes them 'martyrs' and aids in their recruitment...yet releasing photos of 'torture' and 'abuse' from years ago, that were used to prosecute the very people responsible for the actions depicted, well THAT would never cause an uptick in violence aimed at our soldiers. But even if it does, why that's just another thing to blame on Bush, so it's all good for the liberals...they ONLY seem to care about political considerations over anything else.

Could be she's...
...telling the truth. Well from her perspective.
Sure she sat in on a bunch of meetings where some people were talking about doing some kind of stuff or another. Doesn't mean she's supposed to understand everything, right?
Maybe these people should used some visual aids in their briefings, Bar Charts and stuff, things that look Congressional and important. Just briefing with words can be easily misunderstood, saying things like "Pouring water on their face" and "Slap them around", well that's kinda vauge.
Poor Nancy, here she is Speaker of The House, and now people are asking her questions AND wanting answers. Real answers. The ungrateful mob.

Yeah, if only there were some well paid lobbyists to produce the information for her she could have understood it better! Yeah, she really needed a visual aid, a PowerPoint, some crayon drawings from her grandkids....
