Mahalo for checking in Sunny, doing fine. Just woke up to some quake and a little aftershock.
I have not been writing lately, I have been feeling lazy, like it is pointless to write online. I am thankful that there are people like you out here.

Glad everything is alright over there. Getting any news from TV was worthless for the first five hours or so after the quake. I, and the MSM, was drawing all of the info from blogs, flickr, and other online sources.

Oh, and stick around, what other source do we have from the islands. Not to mention you also notice stories that I usually miss.

It is raining here today we have been having some weird weather. On that note was it not snowing in NY this week? Wow that global warming is really something!! It is always hot in Hawaii, I guess it is global warming, or it could be Bush’s fault.

Mahalo for your encouragement. At times I feel like what I am saying is not even worth my effort. I feel like there are so many others out there with eloquent words and better ideas then mine, so why waste my time. I aim to be an agent of change, a source of light in a darkened world, this is my vehicle for that goal. I need to know that I am not some whack job and that others do want to hear my ideas and even have an honest debate on the issues of the day. We need more people like you in the world, or at the very least in cyberspace. Thanks again Jimmy!!!

Actually it was not that bad for anyone, even on the Big Island. I only heard of one house falling down. There was some light road damage, but other then that it was quick and praise God there was no fatalities.
