"An Al Gore speech changed my life"

Have you noticed that they changed their verbage? It is no longer "Global Warming" (or as some of us call it...Glo-Bull Warming). It is now "Climate Change", so that if the weather is at all different from the preceeding year, they are correct. They must be miffed that there has been record snowfall in so many places this winter.

I'm Helping

I always leave my diesel Hummer idling when I go into the store.

Yes--if it is warmer colder or the same, it is AGW caused by BDS. I love to imagine how crazy Reagan would have driven these libs if Bush pushes them this far over the edge. Any way--enjoy Global warming which starts today--tha's another way of saying happy spring.

Boaz

If I can't buy enough Hummers I may have to put yours in my carbon debit program. It will be worth your while.

No problemo

I can be had, but I'm not cheap. The best never is.

Hi

So I wanted to visit your blog since you were nice enough to comment on mine. I left a new post for you because I couldn't fit my response in the little box to reply.

But, I wanted to ask, what is wrong with helping the planet? Seriously, with or without global warming, whether or not the icecaps melt and sealevel rises 10 feet or whatever the current estimates are, do you own your own home? I'm gonna just guess you do. So when you wake up and see a tile has come off the roof, do you wait for months and years to repair it? If you know that this coming weekend will be a lot of rain and your grass is going to be ten feet high, do you wait till after the rain to mow? I'm betting you'd prefer to keep your home looking good, in good repair, healthy, as it were. So what's wrong with trying to do that for the planet we all live in/on? If your diesel Hummer sat unmoved for a day or two and that saved 30 gallons of gas (or as my girlfriends boss who drives 76 miles one way to work in her 20mpg car, and she's conservative) how would that be harmful? Seriously? What's wrong with recycling, if it keeps stuff out of landfills? Do you want to live on a reclaimed landfill? Do you want your children to? I assume you keep all the lights in your house on at all times, nevermind the electric bill, but so that you can keep the power company in business, right? Al Gore shouldn't be changing lives, but maybe a mind or two about waste and abuse.
