Remember the ones who voted Obama in are the ones targeted by ACORN. Those making less than 25000 a year. To them and Obama that is a high paying job, just ask him he will tell you. That way they will still qualify for his hand out programs boosting their income probably over 40,000.

The ugly truth is that even that is wildly optimistic. I just posted some history showing what is more likely to happen based on how government contracts have worked in the past.
