You are saying absolutely right things.
The problem is that the U.S. Bureaucracy - Federal, State, local do not want to listen to.
In other words, the People of the United States have to act themselves in establishing superior anti-terrorist Instruments and Forces capable of withstanding Ideological and Economic Instruments and Forces of Terror.
The Nation needs along with strong Military, able Law-Enforcement, sophisticated Intelligence a massive U.S. Anti-Terrorist Civilian Self-Defense System.
